If you want to maintain your curls, we suggest using the POPBRUSH® brush only on wet hair, as using it on dry hair may loosen your curls.

Can I use the POPBRUSH® brush with a hairdryer?

We do not recommend using a hairdryer with our POPBRUSH® range as the bristles may melt if direct heat is applied.

How often should I replace my brush?

As our brushes contain natural bristles that collect dead skin cells, bacteria, and scalp oils, we recommend, for hygiene and optimal satisfaction reasons, replacing your brush every 8 to 12 months.

To extend the life of your hairbrush, we recommend using a separate brush for each person in the house and cleaning the hairbrush monthly with cold water and a bit of shampoo or dish soap.

What are the dimensions of the brush?

The POPBRUSH® brush measures 25 cm x 8 cm.

Why boar bristles?

Boar bristles evenly distribute the natural oils from the scalp into the hair. These natural oils protect and revitalize the hair. Boar bristles allow you to detangle your hair while massaging your scalp.

Another feature is that boar bristles do not damage your hair during brushing; the hair doesn't break or split, leaving it only beautiful and healthy.

My brush is losing bristles

During the initial days of use, it's completely normal for some loosely attached bristles from the manufacturing process to fall from the brush. After a few days, this phenomenon should cease. If not, please contact our customer service to report it.

The brush makes the hair static

It can happen that brushing fine hair generates static. In this case, simply run the brush under a stream of water and shake off excess water. The static electricity will disappear instantly.

WHAT TO DO WHEN A PACKAGE, OR ITS CONTENTS, ARRIVES DAMAGED?

The first thing to do in such cases is to contact us at contact@popbrush.shop, attaching your request with one or several photos of the defective or damaged item(s). We will refund you or resend your damaged item(s).

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, AND MY TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES "DELIVERED". WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Feel free to contact us so that we can identify the issue with our carrier. In any case, we will find a solution for you: 1/ Either a refund* 2/ Or the resend of your order at our expense* *There may be a few days of delay, pending the administrative investigation. In the case where you made a mistake in your delivery address, we may ask you for new shipping fees in the event of a return to our warehouses.

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
