Delivery times :
When you place an order on our shop, it is shipped as soon as possible by our teams.
It is important to note that shipment refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their delivery to the carrier, and not to the delivery, which can take between 5 and 7 working days.
If you are not in Europe, please allow a few extra days before receiving your item.
Even if 95% of our parcels are delivered within 7 days, delivery can take up to 2 to 3 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (due to the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions... )

Important clarifications :
When you place an order with different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers are involved. In addition, to avoid high delivery costs due to excessive shipping weight, the different items in an order may be sent separately.It is therefore quite normal that you may receive your items individually and at different times.
