Refund policy

When you place an order on our shop, it is shipped as soon as possible by our teams. 

It is important to note that shipment refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and handing them over to the carrier, and not to the delivery, which can take between 7 to 14 working days. 

If you are not in Europe, please allow a few extra days before receiving your item. 

Although most of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery can take up to 3-5 weeks in case of force majeure.
