Delivery times :

When you place an order on our shop, it is shipped as soon as possible by our teams.

It is important to note that shipment refers to the departure of your items from our suppliers' warehouses and their delivery to the carrier, and not to the delivery, which can take between 5 and 7 working days.

If you are not in Europe, please allow a few extra days before receiving your item.

Even if 95% of our parcels are delivered within 7 days, delivery can take up to 2 to 3 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, stock shortages (due to the popularity of some of our products), weather conditions... )

We have chosen to entrust the management of our online payments to Stripe & Paypal thanks to their 100% secure services.

Our partner PayPal is by your side from purchase to delivery, offering an additional guarantee to your purchase.

With PayPal, if an item you ordered online is not delivered or does not match the seller's description, PayPal will refund you the full amount of your purchase.

You have the option to pay in 1 to 4 installments at no extra cost to spread the costs over time.

Here's how to do it :

1. I add one or more items to my cart.

2. At the time of payment, I select PayPal.

3. I add my payment information.

4. I pay in 4 installments. The first payment is collected when placing the order, and the remaining 3 payments are automatically collected every 30 days.

You can contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will either send you a new item or give you a full refund.

After 7 days, the Customer has the right to withdraw, without giving any reason, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you do not have a positive experience, we will ALWAYS do what it takes to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
