The reason I said I wouldn't order again, in the next wee while, I bought two brushes and they were for my two young granddaughters who used to cry when both of them had their hair brushed. One has thick hair which curls and knots and the other wee one has tight spiral curls. Oh my goodness, the difference the brushes have made to these wee children. I don't agree that this brush causes any less pain than a regular brush, all 3 of my girls still say it's painful. It doesn't go through knots well, it's still meltdown central when brushing my autistic 5 year olds hair.
